Matías García Oliver
Matías García Oliver

Matías García Oliver has more than twenty years of experience in the public and private sectors, specializing in the design and implementation of public affairs, regulatory, and institutional engagement strategies.

In the corporate sector, he served as Director of Institutional Affairs at DirecTV Argentina, leading relationships with government agencies, regulators, and key stakeholders in the telecommunications and media industry. He previously held positions at Citrícola San Miguel and Citibank.

Between 2015 and 2019, he was Undersecretary of Institutional Affairs at the Chief of Cabinet of Ministers and Advisor to the President, where he coordinated the planning of the government’s engagement agenda with companies and business chambers, and organized the business agenda during official trips of the President and the Chief of Cabinet.

Currently, as a founding partner of GobPartners, he advises companies and organizations on strengthening their institutional and regulatory positions, combining his public sector experience with a solid corporate background. His approach is distinguished by strategic vision, management skills, and consensus-building.

He is a lawyer (University of Buenos Aires, 2000) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (ESEADE), an MBA (IAE), and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Affairs Management (UCA).

Agustin O'Reilly

Agustín O’Reilly has a distinguished career that combines leadership in the private sector, a notable tenure in public service, and solid experience in media and communications. Since February 2023, he has served as President of GobPartners, where he advises companies and organizations on institutional, communication, and media strategies.

In the corporate sector, he was Corporate Manager of Institutional Relations at Grupo Arcor, leading the company’s institutional engagement strategy; and he was Founder and Executive Director of Moody Brook Consultores. In public administration, he served as Vice Minister of Industry of the Province of Buenos Aires, promoting industrial and productive development policies and fostering public-private dialogue.

He also stands out for his experience in communications: his professional trajectory in Argentina extended into the media field, with multiple publications in leading national outlets such as La Nación and El Cronista Comercial.

He has been a professor of Strategy in the MBA program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), participated in specialization courses in Spain, Russia, and the United States, and holds degrees as a Political Scientist (UCA), an MBA (UCA), and a Master’s in Political Action and Citizen Participation in the Rule of Law (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid, Spain).

As partner and president of GobPartners, he combines academic knowledge, practical experience, and media presence to advise organizations on building strong and sustainable institutional positioning.
